When we met David and Rebecca it was clear they had high aspirations for their build.
After an initial meeting and looking over the drawings and sharing our expertise, they decided that we were the contractor for the project.
We started work on the ground works, completed the extensions and worked on the roof alterations.

Over time, the project evolved, and we were tasked with upgrading the electrical package for a full smart home.
We also worked closely with the bathroom designer to create three high-spec bathrooms.
Both bedrooms on the first floor required custom-made wardrobes to fit within the shape of the roof and our own joiners designed and built these.
The clients chose a high-spec kitchen from Tom Howley and we worked very closely with them on design and installation.
We custom-made a bulkhead detail above the island, which really gave the room a wow factor.
The outside of the property required the same level of quality and detail, and we were ask to build a stunning brick wall to the driveway with bespoke railings and electric gates. A bespoke oak porch with natural stone steps and LED lighting finished the house off.
To the rear of the property, we laid London stone porcelain slabs for the patio, installed new feicing to the perimeter, and re-levelled and turfed the lawn. We laid paths around the garden, creating planting areas illuminated by over 40 lights.
We put the Orbit touch on every square inch of the property with stunning results that we are extremely proud of, and as you will see below, the client was very happy with.
We recently undertook a large scale refurbishment of our home “Bethune” and chose Orbit Construction for the project. From start to finish, the team was professional, approachable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of the project was extensive and included partial demolition, restructuring, and rebuilding. Orbit Construction handled the full plumbing, smart electrical installations, bespoke carpentry, including a beautifully hand-built oak porch, landscaping, a new driveway with electric iron gates, extensive interior and exterior tiling and brickwork, five new bathroom installations, full plastering and decorating, external rendering, guttering and pipework, window installations, lead dormers, and a stunning new oak staircase.
Every member of the team, including sub-contractors, maintained an exceptional standard of workmanship throughout.
